I worked with a couple individuals for a year and a half which were mentally disabled and some of them were 40+, I would make them meals, give them meds and help with showering and getting dressed plus take them grocery shopping, to doctors appointments and just on outings (like going swimming and on walks and to fun events in the park and fairs or just go walk around the mall!) So that's where I've got my experience with taking care of older individuals!
