About Nicole

My passion for nurturing the growth and development of children inspired me to become a childcare provider. With six years of experience as a trusted babysitter, I have had the privilege of positively impacting the lives of many children and their families. I am currently pursuing a bridge program to transition from LVN to RN, with the ultimate goal of working in pediatric oncology and dermatology. My patient and calm demeanor creates a nurturing environment for children, while my friendly and approachable nature puts them at ease. I believe in open and effective communication with parents, providing verbal updates at pickup and accommodating their preferred communication methods. I am very comfortable enforcing household rules, ensuring a safe and consistent environment for the children in my care. My approach to play is diverse, ranging from active outdoor sports and physical games to engaging board games and puzzles, as well as educational games that stimulate learning.
