Hey there! I'm an experienced caregiver with several years as a full-time nanny and plenty of additional years as a regular or as-needed babysitter. Aside from CPR/First Aid, I studied childhood development and love to apply that extra knowledge to better enrich time spent with those I'm caring for. I tend to incorporate as much reading or imaginative play as I can. Parents are happy to come home to children who were able to have fun AND get some of their creative and active energy out. (Besides, it selfishly brings me joy as I no longer live as close to my 3 godchildren, so time well-spent is a win-win!) I believe in open communication with parents to ensure they're always informed about their child's day, whether that means regular check-ins or simply an end-of-day verbal report-out. Nicole is wonderful. My 4yo daughter’s school was closed unexpectedly and Nicole came to spend the whole day with her. Despite never having met, my daughter felt immediately at ease and they were happily playing together within a few minutes. She is kind, responsible, and incredibly communicative. We can’t wait to have Nicole come over again!
