About Nick

I am a former high school literature teacher and full-time nanny. I am a ceramicist, glass maker and artist. I first began tutoring as a Youth Worker at a Boys and Girls Club during my undergrad at the university. I was consistently involved with the development of countless after-school members, who ranged from 1st to 12th grade, in all areas of study and mentorship. Later, as a HS teacher and private homeschool teacher, my students and I focused on focused on test prep (standardized, SAT), foundational study skills, essay writing, reading comprehension, expression and articulation during "out loud" thinking, an array of social sciences, and the relationship each of the subjects has with one another. As a nanny, I am fully invested in the joy, cultivated self-discipline, everyday learning and safety of those in my care. As a housekeeper and carpenter, I cannot stress a clean bath tub/shower and an organized shelving unit enough. As an artist, let me gift you something!
