My greatest passion in life is teaching. My mom is now a retired teacher of 38 years and have grown up in the classroom! . I attended private my entire childhood, which is affiliated with Latin and Francis Parker. I have been a nanny for the past 8 plus years I am looking for a family in or near Lincoln Park, to tutor or assist in schoolwork or homework. I do not own a vehicle. My favorite grade to teach is 3rd grade, but I am an expert in all grades K-9. I have an Illinois Certified Teaching License and it has been active since 2012 and renewed recently. I have my Master from DePaul University of Chicago in Elementary Education.

Nicki has been incredible tutoring our 3rd grade son in math and reading. He’s excited when she comes and she makes him want to learn. Nicki is patient and takes time to work through homework or other activities that support what he’s working on learning. She’s always on time and dependable as well. We’ve loved working with Nicki!
