About Nicki

I'm a caregiver with 15 years of experience who's passionate about nurturing children's growth and development. I am currently a registered behavioral therapist for children with autism and other disabilities. I'm patient, calm, creative, imaginative, friendly, and approachable. I'm comfortable enforcing household rules and communicating with parents about their child's day or any issues that arise. I follow the parents' preferred communication method and always have verbal communication at pickup. I enjoy playing outdoor sports, board games, puzzles, and educational games that promote learning. I'm comfortable caring for up to four children of all ages. I have a car, am comfortable with pets, and have a college degree.
