Working with a child with special needs might be the hardest thing you have to do, but if yo have the inspiration and love, nothing is impossible. Living with a child with special needs can be a joy. Although nothing can match the supportive structure of your family, there is nothing that says that structure can't be reinforced through outside help. As a caregiver I help supplement the support that the family member gives by caring for who ever needs it while his or her family members are tied up with other obligations.
