I contacted Nick to inquire about his housekeeping services. He initially responded; however, I sent additional messages to provide him a little information about myself. Unfortunately, I received no further communication from him although I could see that he read my messages. I informed him that I'm new to seeking service and have concerns about allowing strangers into my home when I'm not there. He said nothing to assist me with my being a novice nor did he say anything to provide any assurance as to the safety and security of my home during my absence while he was there. His complete lack of professionalism with non-communication should be a warning for any potential or current client.
