Hello! First off, I will treat your children as I do my own. I was a meeting and event planner for 10 years at General Electric before becoming a SAHM. If you need help getting organized, I can help in that area as well. I'm also active in the PTA, on various committees and have volunteered as a room parent. My proudest moment was coordinating the donation of a Buddy Bench for our elementary school to discourage bullying. I like to stay active during the day through imaginary montessori style play, zero screen time, walks, the park and the library to name a few. Nichol has been with our family for 2 years. We can't recommend her highly enough! She's taken great care of our little girl, starting at 4 months old. She helped to get her on a schedule. Nichol makes gentle suggestions when she has "mom advice" to share and has helped us become better parents! She is also open to our way of doing things, even though we do some things differently (we fed using a method called Baby Led Weaning which was new to her). Nichol has consistently looked for opportunities to support our child's growth and development. Now that our daughter is a toddler, Nichol takes her to activities 5 days a week! She takes her to the library, gym, playroom, and on walks. She's also taken her on special outings to the zoo, aquarium, botanical gardens and swimming pool. When she's in our home she is here to work. Although she treats our daughter like her own child. She is diligent and stays busy when the baby is napping. She is reliable and a good communicator.
