Nichole is professional, easy to work with, and makes great meals. Depending on how I felt, there were weeks I gave her very explicit instructions on what I wanted, and there were weeks I said nothing at all. She was flexible and very good at adapting to my request. She also paid attention to what was left in my fridge and made plans accordingly. It was a pleasure working with her.
