This was the first time we have used a cat sitter. Nicassia came to meet us and our cats a few days early, asked dood questions and was very respectful of our concerns. When we returned home all was well and then some. She vacuumed litter without being asked :-) . Our cats are both inside and out but she was able to keep track of them all. She also water for us and in this heat was appreciated
