Hi! My goals as a Nanny are to take care of children, help them grow, and watch them have fun! It's important to me to have a wonderful relationship with both the children, and family that I work for. If I had to describe myself in five adjectives I would say that I am dependable, honest, patient, understanding & kind. I have teaching experience from Tutor Time where I was the Lead Toddler Teacher for five years before moving from WA to NV. I learned how to create curriculum and track milestones there. But, I also held an infant for the very first time & became a diaper changing pro! Haha!! Before I became a lead, I got to work with all the age groups from infants to school agers. I've worked with anywhere between 4-12 kids at a time. I learned about different behaviors, and each child's needs, while also memorizing all special dietary and allergy restrictions. Need a little "me time"? a night out w/ your significant other? Or just an extra hand? I'm your nanny! (:

If I could give 6 stars, I would. We are so grateful to have met Nia and her family and have been honored to have her take care of our son. She is amazing with young kids and such a great and caring soul overall. She has a lot of experience in childcare and is attentive and trustworthy. Our son still talks about her even though it has been awhile since she last watched him for us!
