About Nia

Hi I'm Nia! I am a full time Registered Behavior Technician and currently in school to become a pediatric occupational therapist assistant. I have worked with children of all ages, but I am most comfortable with 2-10-year-olds! I am very creative and think it is best when kids are constantly engaged and learning, so expect a lot of activities and games! I'd describe my personality as energetic, responsible, and patient!! I'm looking for a job that needs a weekend nanny or babysitter and has consistent hours! I began babysitting when I was around 17, but as I started working more with children on ASD spectrum I gained more interest. They have so much stored in their noggins and just needed a person with patience and understanding to get it out! I also love the constant laughs you get when working with kids :) I like morning walks and buying too many plants! I also spend time relaxing at home with my pittie and fiance.
