Hi, my name is Nia and I am a senior at Iowa State university. My major is Psychology and minor is Spanish. I love working with children and have skills in scheduling, monitoring behaviors and teaching. I am a caring and dedicated person motivated to provide quality support for kids of all ages. I'm interested in learning more about care techniques that help children thrive and prepare for school education. I noticed my initial interest with children when I volunteered at a daycare in 5th grade. Over the years, I have supervised my two cousin, ages 9 and 5 during weekends.
