About Nia

Very excited to find a family in need but first here's a little about me. My start to childcare began working with up to 8 children ages 6 months to 3yrs in my grandma's home daycare. Here I learned to nurture the progression of each child and found myself impressed with the complexity of their minds from such a young age. Since this experience I have acted as a recurring sitter for two families, one infant at 9 months and one child 5-7 yrs as well as some occasion based jobs. Outside of work I enjoy photography, styling, art, music etc. spending most of my time wrapped in self-employed projects. I've chosen to take a necessary pause from schooling and I'm eager to expand on my skills and passions outside of fashion and art. I understand that we are constantly in the process of learning something new so as I care for a child I challenge myself to foster an environment that encourages them and myself to seek growth as top priority.
