About Ngwang

My name is Ngawang , and I have over a year of senior care experience working as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). In this role, I've developed a strong passion for caring for others and helping patients maintain their comfort and dignity. I enjoy building positive relationships with patients and healthcare teams while staying calm and professional in any situation. I'm also eager to keep learning, especially about mental health and patient advocacy, so I can make a bigger impact in people's lives. My experience as a CNA has strengthened my commitment to healthcare, and I'm excited to continue growing in this field.
