I worked as a Companion Caregiver with Home Instead for 2 years before deciding to start my own home cleaning business. During my time of employment, I engaged my clients in trivia games to stimulate their memory, assisted with light meal prep & light house cleaning, grocery shopped, took them for appointments, took them out for walks, and just spent time engaging in conversations. My overall goal while working with my clients was to ensure that despite any physical or cognitive impairments, their independence & ability to engage in activities of daily living was not deprived from them.
