Ngoc has provided housekeeping services to my family since 2020. She has helped me clean and organize the kitchen and other areas of the house. She is really good at her job. She is punctual, very well organized, and very efficient. As a human being, Ngoc is honest, kind and very helpful. I have a toddler at home so sometimes things get overwhelming with taking care of him and managing household work - Ngoc has been a life saver. She goes above and beyond her job and does the little things like organizing the spice cabinet when it becomes very messy without me even asking her to do it. And I don't know how she does it, but she has not been late by even a minute for the time period she has worked for me. She has twins is very good at giving advice about how to take care of young children because she has experienced it herself. I would very highly recommend Ngoc. Any family she works for will be very lucky :)
