As a nurturing childcare provider with four years of experience, I'm passionate about creating a safe and nurturing environment where children can thrive. I've also been a para professional for the department of education followed by a teachers assistant since 2021 also an academic enrichment coach for a program in New York called New York edge for 3 years. I have a patient and calm personality, which helps me connect with children and understand their needs effectively. I believe in open communication with parents and provide regular updates about their child's day, using their preferred method of communication. When it comes to household rules, I'm comfortable enforcing them consistently to ensure a structured environment. My approach to childcare is holistic, focusing on both educational and recreational activities. I enjoy engaging children in outdoor sports, board games, puzzles, and educational games that promote learning.
