Neva worked for our family for several months. She is pleasant and fairly prompt, and her care for our special-needs son was adequate. However, even though she has a full roster of 6 or more clients, she is on Care.com almost daily, looking for more clients, and then dropping some of the ones she currently has. If you're looking for a long-term person, look elsewhere.
