Tia was our nanny for our son at 1.5 to 2.5 and we hired her right on the spot. Tia has been reliable, trustworthy, and had much experience to offer our son. They bonded very well and she kept him will fed with healthy meal planning, kept him entertained with fun activities, as well as encouraging him to learn and discover something new with creative games and taking him to new places. She had excellent communication so we never had to worry about what he ate, bowel movements, how is day was, she was always very thorough. In fact, she was a huge stress reliever for our family. She was able to watch our son and several other children while supporting fellow families and nannies with ease. Tia was very understanding to our parenting style and adapted very quickly. She was a great teacher for us as we journeyed through the development of our son and helped us when we needed support.
