My name is Nesra and I am a rising senior at Hampton University. My major is psychology with a focus in marriage and family and a concentration in education. The past two summers, I have worked at Twin Cities as a writing teaching fellow for both rising 7th and rising 9th graders. As a teacher I wrote my own curriculum, planned homeroom activities, and various seminars for the students. At Breakthrough, I received multiple awards and recognition's including the award of "top teacher". I have a true passion for both childcare and education and have over 10 years of childcare experience, Additionally, I have been tutoring student athletes at my college for a year in multiple subject areas. I have experience tutoring and caring for children of all ages, as well as experience working with ESL (English second language) learners. My patience, pedagogy, experience, passion, and ability to make learning fun makes me an ideal tutor and private instructor.
