I interviewed her over the phone and she was great. We met in person for a final interview and she met my family. We talked for about an hour. We met her boyfriend and her dog... and she accepted the position. We agreed on a start date and an orientation. I was going to take her to the schools and drop off/pick up locations for my kids and she never showed. I called and texted - no answer. On the day she was supposed to start we had no communication from her- over 4 days! My husband and i had to take time off to take care of our kids until we found another provider. Nena never responded to us. I sent her a text and called two times more. I was so disappointed. We thought something might have happened to her... but I saw her about 3 weeks later with her boyfriend at a bar. So i know she was safe- just unreliable. Would not recommend hiring her!
