Nelly is an amazing caregiver. She has helped us with my son (now 2 years old) since he was 14 months. She is very gentle/caring and can always keep him engaged with activities, singing, dancing and playing together with toys. When he is napping, she always helps tremendously around the house. We use her on a weekly basis!
