As a passionate childcare provider with 5 years of experience, I bring a combination of expertise and enthusiasm to caring for children. My journey in caregiving began with fulfilling my role in providing assistance and care at a Russian dominated summer camp/daycare where I discovered my knack for supporting families and providing reliable childcare. My patient and calm demeanor, coupled with my friendly and approachable nature, allows me to build strong relationships with children and their families. I believe in open communication and follow the preferred communication method of parents to ensure they are informed about their child's day and any issues that arise. Enforcing household rules comes naturally to me, and I do so in a consistent and positive manner. From outdoor sports and physical games to board games and puzzles, I enjoy a variety of activities that promote learning and fun.
