I believe in open communication and regularly update parents about their child's day, using their preferred method of communication. I do only speak Spanish with very minimañ English, and I've found that using a translator has been an effective way to communicate with non-Spanish speaking parents. When it comes to enforcing household expectations I'm comfortable taking a firm but gentle approach. I believe in fostering a positive environment. I enjoy playing educational games that promote learning, and I also love engaging in activities that stimulate babies' intellectual development, such as reading, singing, and talking to them.
