I love working with children with a passion! I have an AA Degree in General Education. I also have over 20 units in Early Childhood Education. Most of all, I have years of experience! It all started when I was in high school. I took a ROP class in Child Development during my senior year. I had the opportunity to volunteer in the first grade class & a special needs class as well. The children really loved having me help out in their class. I really enjoyed it & truly missed them when my senior year was over. I then realized I wanted a career that involved working with children! After high school I had a babysitting job for a year or so. I then applied & got hired for the School District of Paramount. I was a Teacher's Aide & worked with 3-5-year-olds. I worked there for almost 2 years. I loved it but I decided to leave due to budget cuts. In April of 2003 I started working as an Early Childhood Teacher. I worked with toddlers for 11 years! I then moved over to the infant classroom & currently working there. I've been doing this for many years because it's what I love doing! I'm very patient, loving, caring, sweet, hardworking & very dedicated! I love making an impact/difference in children's lives!
