Hello, I am Neisha! I consider myself a caring, keen and kind educator/child care provider, with a passion for fostering children's growth and development. I am naturally a fun and jovial person. I use these qualities to help create a positive, safe and joyful environment for children. I believe in open communication with parents in an honest respectful way. When regards to household rules, I follow parents' lead to ensure consistency for the child. With over three years of experience and a bachelor's degree in psychology (with emphasis on cognitive and developmental psychology), I'm confident in my ability to provide quality care for children of all ages. I have completed CPR training, I have a valid driver's license and I'm excited to get to know your family and support your child's growth and development.
