I've known Neila for over 30 years. She is an honest, compassionate wonderful caregiver. I've seen her have multiple long-term relationships with families over the years, with a variety of needs, and know that she's maintained those relationships even after her formal duties have ended. She is an EXCELLENT healthy cook, and has cooked meals for me many times that i've been sick or in need of help (I have a toddler).
