About Neena

Hi I'm Neena!! I've always had a passion for the arts and helping the youth. Throughout the years I've worked in schools and daycares doing my best to provide support and assistance to all ages whether it's managing classrooms, or working one on one. I value child development through critical thinking, emotional intelligence, artistic expression, kindness, and compassion. I'm passionate about hands on learning, movement, arts, and the idea of radiating comfort and growth throughout the process of learning and playing. My values have always aligned with the idea of taking a more imaginative, open minded, compassionate and understanding approach while creating a safe and comfortable environment when working with kids!! I put my heart and soul in when working with families, and my goal is to make sure I'm consistently communicating well and backing that up with with patience as well as empathy. I'm adaptable, reliable and ready to be a great babysitter/nanny for your family!!
