Neddie is amazing! I hired her for ongoing care after getting the best references I have ever heard from several other families, and she really is that good. She is incredible with my daughter - patient and understanding and meets my daughter where she is, but also sets clear and consistent boundaries. She pays attention and engages with my daughter in a way that it’s apparent she really sees her. She’s also very reliable and an excellent communicator.
