Hi! My name is Ndeye. I'm a native French speaker, and I speak intermediate English. I'm a nurturing and experienced childcare provider with four years of experience caring for children. My passion for fostering children's growth and development, combined with my previous babysitting roles, led me to pursue a career as a childcare provider where I can make a positive impact on their lives. As a patient and creative person, I easily connect with children and create a friendly, approachable environment. I prioritize open communication with parents, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns that arise. I believe in following the parents' lead and aligning with their preferred communication methods and household rules. Regarding playtime, I enjoy different activities that cater to children's interests and developmental needs.
