I have Supervised and monitor the safety of my patients in my care. Prepare and organize activities to keep patients engaged and stimulated. Assist patients with daily tasks such as dressing, toileting, and eating. Communicate with parents or guardians about their loved one progress and behavior. Maintain a clean and organized environment for the patient Ensure that all policies and procedures are followed to maintain a safe and healthy environment. Attend trainings and workshops to stay up-to-date on best practices in senior care. I've worked with patients that had dementia & Alzheimer's as well. I'm a very patient and communicative person.
