About Naylea

I have been working with children for most of my family, starting with volunteering in my community and my family. Growing in experience, I've worked as operations coordinator with a proven of middle schoolers; being in charge of safety and communication between parents. Recently started working with elementary students in an after school program and now working at a daycare with kids from 3 months old to 5-year-olds. I'd describe my personality as kind, patient, and loving. I like working with kids because it is special being able to be apart of their everyday lives and watch/help them grow into their own person. I started working with kids when I was little within my community, but started to officially when I was 17 years old in a middle school summer program. In my spare time, I like to watching Disney movies and listening to music.
