I wholeheartedly recommend Natty as an exceptional nanny, having had the privilege of her care for my son in our home in Westfield. Throughout her time with us, Natty consistently demonstrated remarkable dedication, patience, and genuine warmth towards our son. Her ability to create a safe and nurturing environment allowed him to thrive both educationally and emotionally, while fostering a strong sense of curiosity and independence. She effectively tailored her approach to our son's developmental stages to ensure milestones were achieved. Natty creatively incorporated educational activities into daily routines, including age-appropriate learning games, reading sessions, fine-motor skills, all which significantly enhanced our son’s cognitive skills. She maintained a consistent schedule, always arriving on time and ensuring our son was well-prepared for the day, providing us with peace of mind with feedings, naps, meal time, good hygiene, and activities. Natty maintained open communication with us, regularly updating us on our child’s progress and readily discussing any concerns or adjustments needed to benefit him. Beyond her childcare skills, Natty is also a trustworthy and responsible individual who consistently displayed a positive attitude and a strong work ethic. She is highly capable of managing household tasks related to childcare to help keep an organized and clean home. My husband and I will be moving out of state and will greatly miss having Natty’s care!
