Natia was a live in 24/7 365 aide for my 90ish year old mother in law for 4 years- She did a great job was caring, concerned and totally on top of the situation. Mother in law had dementia and difficulty with most activities of daily living- Natia was able to completely deal with all matters basically on her own in my mother in laws house
