Nathan Sweeting: Senior Caregiver I am a compassionate and dedicated caregiver with a passion for helping others. My caregiving journey began with my grandparents, who lived to be 97 and 99 years old. I provided live-in, end-of-life care for them, including managing their severe dementia. This experience revealed my calling for caregiving and gave me firsthand expertise in supporting individuals with dementia and other age-related challenges. I have reference letters available upon request from two Journey Care hospice nurses I worked with. I am experienced with medication management, wound care, meal prep, heavy lifting, hoyer lift, gait belt and safe transfers, rotation, and promote active lifestyle. I have Christian values, I'm patient, positive, funny and empathetic, focusing on making seniors feel comfortable, valued, and happy. As a caregiver, I am committed to providing personalized, compassionate care that enhances the quality of life for seniors and family.
