I can't say enough positive things about Nathly, who recently cared for our son for over one and a half years She cared for our son who has high energy, strong emotions, and medical needs. Our son requires a lot of patience and specialized attention. From the moment she arrived, it was clear she was not only highly skilled but also genuinely compassionate. She took the time to understand his unique needs and preferences, seamlessly incorporating his routines and special accommodations into her care. Her approach was calm, thoughtful and proactive, which helped our son feel secure and understood. She handled his medical requirements with confidence and care, ensuring everything went smoothly. She learned how to administer medications through his gtube and she also learned to replace the gtube if it dislodged. She also took our son to his speech therapy appointments and would take notes and keep us informed. Our son enjoyed the many outings they had together. We felt very comfortable and confident with the excellent care she provided. Moreover, Nathly’s ability to engage our son in productive and enjoyable activities was impressive. She balanced structure and flexibility perfectly, helping him stay focused while also allowing him to have fun. Her positive attitude and dedication were evident, and he responded to her warmth and professionalism. It’s rare to find someone who can connect with a child like ours while managing his specific challenges with such grace. We’re incredibly grateful for her support and can’t recommend her highly enough. She truly made a difference in our lives and will miss her dearly. We wish her the best in her move to New Jersey.
