I have nothing but amazing things to say about Nathalie. She was insanely punctual, friendly, professional, and my kids gravitated towards her instantly. If my kids ever had an issue (meltdown), she dealt with it professionally and calmly. On top of that, Nathalie took care of the kids laundry and always tidied up after them and when she had a free moment she would always tidy up our kitchen and living room. I’m sad that we will no longer be working with her but I know she will be a great fit for your family. She’s insanely reliable and I never felt as if I was ever going to be “left in a lurch” when she worked for us.
