Experience: I have been caring for children for over 6 years as a babysitter and a live-in nanny. I have a lot of experience working ranging from infants to elementary ages. The majority of my experiences has been caring for multiples kids and twins. My longest experience has been caring for twins for 3 years until they turned 3. For the past six months I have been carrying for two kids in two different families, they are 1 1/2 and 2 1/2 years old. At work: I truly love working with kids and I approach each kid as an individual who I get to help grow and teach by providing age-appropriate stimulation and activities. Silvia is amazing and my kids love spending time with her! My kids are 2 and 4 years old and have a lot of energy! She is able to keep them busy doing fun crafts and playing games. We count on her to babysit for date nights as well as overnight care. Both of my kids couldn't wait to show me what they did during their time with Silvia and ask about her often. I highly recommend her!
