Hi my name is Natesha, I am a childcare service provider, I've worked with children of various ages, from infants to school aged. I'm passionate about creating a positive and nurturing environment where children feel safe, loved and encouraged to explore their potential. I also focus to meet the child unique needs and I value a safe space where I can help children maintain their independence while offering the necessary assistance. I am patient, creative and dedicated. I like working with kids because they are active imaginative and creative, this helps me increase my own imagination and creativity. I'm looking for a job that provides a meaningful impact for both me and the family. I started working with kids over 10 yrs. In my spare time, I like cooking and spending quality with family.
