With nannying, light housekeeping may come with the position. I have been a house manager for the Farooque family, maintaining their two story home in Nocatee, Florida as well as their Fruit Cove home after their move. Laundry for their family of 5, grocery shopping, keeping the kitchen tidy, vacuuming, mopping tile floors, bathrooms, tidy children's rooms, pet care, ran errands, dry cleaning, etc. Personally trusted to have my own business credit card through the parents to pay for personal errands and tasks. Other families I have done light housekeeping for and tidying up after children. I've been employed by 4 full time families and have done short term and temp positions with a few families as well.
