To Whom It May Concern: Nataly, was a highly valued teaching member of our staff during the time she worked at our school. She is, in my opinion, a truly gifted educator. She quickly develops a good rapport with her students, establishes solid routines, and employs consistent and fair practices in her classroom. Nataly took an active interest in the well-being of each of her pupils. Close contact with the parents was undertaken in a very thorough and meaningful way. Her pupils responded well to her engaging approach to education and genuine interest in them. She was pleasant, cooperative and creative .
