I hired Natayla FT for my 8 month old son. I did get a feedback on her which didn't come out too great but considering the short turn around and lack of availability of other Nannies I still went with Natalya and note that I work from home so I was available most of the time. She started off fine but soon later she started taking off random days on spot without giving me a heads up that caused me a lot of frustration to find back fill on spot considering I work FT! I also had a training binder of deliverables that are basic necessities for nanny to provide care for the infant. She anyway gave my son screen time to put him to sleep and didn't talk to him much but rather she stayed on the phone most of the time which I am not happy about! I also asked her to take my son out for a walk which she didn't seem too happy about and complained later that it wasn't too great for her! I cut her hours short and gave her part time which was the same issue on a loop! Overall, I struggled with Natalya for not providing the basic nanny care I was hoping for which put me and my family in a very difficult position. I don't recommend Natayla for FT nanny position due to the lack of professionalism!
