Natalya does an amazing job with all of the kids in her care. She shifts her technique based on each individual kid and is amazing at avoiding meltdowns and tantrums. She also did a great job with my two kids under 2 which i know can be tricky. If you are looking for someone reliable, confident, enthusiastic, and just an amazing caregiver go with Natalya!!
