As a friendly and approachable childcare provider with three years of experience, I am passionate about making a positive impact on children's lives. My previous babysitting roles and interactions with families have motivated me to support them by providing reliable child care. I believe in open and effective communication with parents, following their preferred methods and collaborating to address any issues that may arise. When it comes to enforcing household rules, I take my cues from the parents to ensure consistency and respect their parenting style. My approach to childcare involves a mix of educational and recreational activities. I enjoy playing board games and puzzles with children, as well as educational games that promote learning and development. I am also a skilled swimmer and would be delighted to teach swimming to your children if you wish. In addition to my childcare experience, I hold a college degree and am proficient in both English and Russian.
