About Natalie

I am passionate about shaping young minds, and have dedicated my life to doing so. With six years of professional childcare experience, I am qualified to create an enriching, safe environment in a home setting. I also have a bachelor's degree in Child and Youth Studies from Florida Gulf Coast University. I am CPR and First Aid Certified, with an AZ Fingerprint Clearance card and an AZ substitute teaching certificate. My personality is calm, kind and professional. I am focused and serious for tasks like homework and chores, but fun and energetic when the situation calls for it. I am comfortable following parent preferences for care, and encourage an open line of communication between caregiver, parent, and child. I am comfortable being more strict or more relaxed depending on parent preference. I am happy to do regular updates throughout the day, leave written notes, or do a verbal debriefing at the end of a session in order to be on the same page. Conversational Spanish speaker.
