About Natalie

-I am a Middle Childhood Education student at Miami University and our program required us to have multiple field experiences. Last year I tutored elementary school students during my first semester in reading comprehension and vocabulary. During my second semester of last year I tutored high school students in English, social studies, reading comprehension, test taking, and sometimes math and science. -This year, during first semester, I was placed at Eaton Middle School where I spent the mornings observing and tutoring 6th and 8th graders. - I am experienced with helping kids of a wide range of ages and grade levels with homework -I am trained in many teaching techniques and I am really good at getting kids to trust me and relate better to the tutoring I hope to help them with. -In high school I was actively involved with our peers tutoring program. - I am a good student and I am on my university's Dean's list.
