About Natalie

As a caregiver, my experiences have shown me that children thrive in environments that are nurturing, stimulating, and safe. My patient and calm nature allows me to create such an environment for your children. With five years of experience, I've worked with children of all ages, from infants to preteens, and am comfortable caring for up to four children at a time. My outgoing and positive personality helps me engage children in games that promote learning and social development. I love to play outdoor sports with kids as well and have developed great stamina and patience through my work as a lifeguard and piano teacher. I also firmly believe in open communication with parents and am comfortable enforcing rules and guiding conversations. Overall, I truly have a passion for interacting with kids of all ages and giving them an environment to be their authentic selves and have someone they can fully trust and also have fun with!
