I worked with Natalie at a retirement center. She was an activities coordinator and I was assistant director. It is a small assisted living/independent living facility with few staff. Natalie worked with the residents in activities throughout the day and even on weekends and evenings if necessary. She was very professional in her work structure, always researching activities and outings. She was polite and friendly to all residents and staff, usually with a smile on her face. She interacted well with the staff and was respected. Her interactions with clients and family were always appropriate, she would go out of her way to accommodate a resident. She knew when to take charge and when to stand back and let others lead. She is educated, has a good sense of humor and a respect for others that was impressive. She went over and above many times without recognition or thanks to do a superb job with keeping the residents engaged and stimulated. She also worked one on one with hospice residents, reading to them, trying to fill the empty hours. She worked well with the memory care residents, creating simple activities successfully. She was ideal as a fellow coworker, friendly and caring and open. I would hire her myself if I was an employer. I highly recommend her for any job, especially one working with others, helping them be the best they can be at whatever stage she finds them.
